Well what a hectic month, I have been to Canada got sick on the plane with that rotten virus going around oh what a time I have had with that! Even though seen some amazing sites in the magnificent Canada Rockies, sick but still enjoyed a 2 week break, both business and pleasure as I got to see the family and catch up with all the years we have missed. Canada is a magnificent place if you have not been there you must go the people are so friendly and obliging, our favourite spot is the Rockies and the Calgary stampede the largest outdoor show on earth a horse lovers dream and the cowboys aren’t bad ether
The economy has really rocked the boat as a few of my buyers are sitting on the fence before deciding if they will buy a business , yet for my other buyers its business as usual ,my statistics prove it time and time again , I can run with 20 buyers on one business and then after sometimes weeks and more often months someone out of the blue will put their hand up and say that’s the business for me and in a few days out goes the contracts and the sales are on their way , and so it proves to me the longer you procrastinate the more likely it is you will not buy anything , so my advise to all those interested buyers out there is just this , if this is the business your gut feeling tells you you want move on it ,don’t wait “ he who hesitates is defiantly lost “ for all the business I sell I would be lucky to have 2 in 10 years that have not been happy or failed and that’s because those buyers listened to their heat not everyone else’s opinion and they are the ones that prosper .
Had the pleasure of listing 2 top NSW businesses this week , Mobile Phone Retailers what a business not hard work at all and the beauty of these 2 money spinners is you don’t even have to be there to make the commissions and trails better give me a call on these .
Still don’t have enough licenses sold for my dynamic vending machines in each state so better call me on these also.
Sold one of my listings in Brisbane…. need more!
Down the coast this week in the beautiful Shoalhaven shire and at my child care centre it’s booming as usual so sunny and nice there don’t little kids get it good now?
More news soon

How’s my car for performance? My Subaru outback never misses a beat! You know, if you want reliability, this is the car for you! As I am driving down the highway at 3am in t
he morning, I am so happy and confident I am in my safe reliable Subaru Outback, and if you want room - the back is a great place to curl up! Believe me, I am always forgetting the time, and miss the motels, so I always have my mattress in the back.
Gee I love these cars the economy is great, so is the pick-up when I need it on the open road. Passing those damn trucks is
unbelievable ,the car is quiet ,easy to negotiate bends, and in a rain storm I know I am safe, gripped to the road with skid bars to protect me. You know my Subaru goes where Toyotas fear to tread ! My stereo system is so, so, great as well!

This week took me to the beautiful Central Coast, just 90 minutes from the CBD of Sydney, no wonder Sydney siders move here or have another property and as soon as the weekend hits its off again to get out of the city, the temperature is always a cosy 22 or up on the central coast but it does get its fair share of rain and really looks a picture now, I was fortunate to list a great home industry business located on the main road to Wyong,
Vendors are retiring what lovely people they are and gee what a great buy
This one is! , fancy living at home and not worrying about fighting the traffic to and from work, well there is something to be said about a home industry and its all good! this one is a printing business but if you were looking just for a investment you could pay the price that’s so reasonable and turn the home into any home industry because it’s all set up and if you need the kids to have their own room well the granny flat sure would come in handy look it up on my site.
I lost my poor old cat this week Satin by name and Satin by nature there wasn’t a dog cat or person he didn’t confront if coming into our property he was the best watch dog I have ever had poor old thing had diabetes, isn’t that funny a cat with Diabetes, my son tells me it’s because I feed everything too much, gosh I wonder who’s next? Anyway on I go on my travels to my Beautiful Nelsons Bay and listed a top restaurant right on the water more news on this one later! Business is still Booming lots of enquiries on most of my businesses from all over the globe and happy to say a few more this week ready to go to contract , buying a business is rewarding satisfying and you are in control of your own destiny so say bye bye to the boss and give me a call !

Hi there readers,
Well this week I had the pleasure of visiting my home town to check out my great child care centre, Arwons Little Angels. Gee, we are filling up- almost full, and now we have our darling little babies enrolled in our brand new babies rooms. Oh how I just love those little cuddles, and the staff at my centre are the best in the trade. Thanks to Kylie and Maree it all runs like clockwork, allowing me to run my Business Brokerage and having the opportunity to list another top business in Nowra- a railings and balustrade manufacturer, how good is this young man, he has gone from a little one man band to the largest most respected manufacturer on the South Coast, It’s a pearler, so look it up on my sites.
Executives take note of this one! I also had the pleasure of showing my house boats to a buyer from the Kimberlies, and have a chat with my very good friends Mark and Lisa from House Boats on Shoalhaven, gosh they are nice people the most considerate people I have ever known, no wonder their business is so appealing. If you have not had the house boat experience, you have not lived, and if you are in the market to buy them you know how to call (me of course!) The Shoalhaven is the most beautiful area stretching from the magnificent Kangaroo Valley down the coast to Batemans Bay -Beauty all the way and only 2 hours from Sydney come and visit!
More adventures soon!

Country living at its best!
Oh that feeling of a safe country living it’s just great isn’t it this week I listed a great business in the beautiful town close to Wagga , it’s a heritage town with the most amazing old heritage homes and new , and the people are so friendly there , it thrives on Rural cattle farming and Timber Mills , Wheat, Canola , agriculture etc , I just could not believe it when I walked in to this shop I felt like I was in a top fashion shop in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD ,Gosh you just have to admire this vendors ,a lot of thought has gone into designing a top label fashion shop in clothing shoes that country people could only dream off , look it up on my sites if you’re looking for tree change and you love the fashion world the ski is the limit with this one ! I am off to the beautiful Nelson Bay today with a buyer from WA looking at a business. From the country to the Bay! Only about a 7 hour drive there, gee the miles are racking up on the Outback!
Funny story for the week!
Ever had Goats?
Decided I would get couple of goats to eat down the back of my property, oh my god that was not a good idea! after all the family had a bit of fun roaping and tackling the little darins , I felt a bit sorry for them tied up so ran up the hill to let them off my dear little Pomerania who has often been mistake for a fox decided to come with me , poor little
bickadee , after struggling to let one of the goats off the other Molly
took after my little dog and with horns blazing picked her up and tossed her into the air, at this time I am all frantic and didn’t realise the chain was wrapped around my ankles until I also let fly through the air bouncing behind the goat full strength down the paddock , after a sudden stop and a few thistles later we both picked ourselves up to see my darling new investment eating my lovely red roses , so the family was called in again!
oh what a show my son in-law a top rodeo rider runs like a cougar roped and handled Millie and Molly and put them back on the chain ! Thank havens for that I am still picking out the bristles, poor Grandma! I am going to be a grandma again Mildred and Molly are having kids better watch my garden then!
Oh No!
